I honestly think it helped me sleep more restfully. The first time it pulsed on me I will admit I jumped a little, because it took me by surprise, lol. My husband said if he were reviewing this he'd give it all the stars, I said so 5 of them?, he said no ALL of them! lol, I guess that means he was able to sleep better too.
